Return Policy
It is vitally important to AMHC Resort Wear that you love your new luxurious and unique garment. Please inform us within 7 business days if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will kindly offer a refund or credit voucher.
Please note that all returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, contain the original hangtag and be wrapped in the original packaging. Before a garment is dispatched to a customer it is quantity controlled and checked for defaults. If a return is received that shows signs of wear or damage and the original tags are not included on the garment it will be returned to the customer.

We kindly ask you reference your order number and the reason for the return and we will respond with additional instructions regarding where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not The United States, shipping your item may take longer than expected.
If there is a manufacture defect please upload a photo and attach it to your e-mail for our review.
All discounted items are considered final sale although may be exchanged for a different size.
Exchange Policy
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if the return has been approved. If the return is approved you will be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Domestic
All domestic orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Please note our highly embellished garments adorned with crystals, pearls and beading may have a 2-3-week lead time as our atelier hand finishes your unique piece.
Domestic Shipping Offering: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight.
International
All international orders will be shipped within 3 business days via DHL.
